About Frank and Sherry Heitzer

Frank and Sherry Heitzer are partners in business and in life. While Frank was born and raised in Regensburg, Germany, Sherry was born and raised in Langley, BC. Both of them started their working lives in previous careers before turning to real estate as a new challenge.

Frank started selling real estate in 2003 as an assistant in Regensburg, before becoming fully licensed in 2004 and starting out on his own. Meanwhile Sherry transferred from a career in accounting and bookkeeping to become a licensed real estate agent in 2013.

In March of 2014 their paths crossed for the first time at an international RE/MAX Conference in Las Vegas, NV. Throughout the years they stayed in touch, as Realtors® should, and developed a friendship. By spring of 2016 this connection started to become more and in March of 2017 Frank moved from Germany to Canada to be with Sherry full time.

After some time Frank proposed to Sherry and they got married in August of 2018, shortly afterwards they founded the IMPACT Real Estate Group in January of 2019. Now Frank and Sherry are happily married and working together for the good of their clients in the fierce and vast Fraser Valley real estate market. The focus areas of the IMPACT Real Estate Group are their hometown of Abbotsford, the city of Mission and the city of Chilliwack. Additional areas of service are the city of Maple Ridge and Langley.

The IMPACT Real Estate Group is dedicated to providing their clients with the most up-to-date market data in their specific area. The team is made up of caring, knowledgeable professionals that work tirelessly to help you with the real estate buying, selling and investment process.

The Impact Real Estate Group is proud to provide services in English and German.
